  • $50/hour (4 hour min)

    Every project is different, so it’s usually best to start with an hourly rate so that we can adjust to the project as it unfolds. I will try to give you a scope of what to expect - because no one likes surprises.

  • $350 Day Rate (8 hours)

    Think you might need the whole day? Great! We can accomplish a lot. This is usually better for mid-larger side projects like garages or basements.

  • $1,750 Week Rate (5 days, 8 hours)

    Hooowee! This is exciting. This can be a great option for large jobs that help you prepare to pack, move, downsize or to tackle large or multiple rooms.

  • $40/hour Tune-Ups (2 hour min)

    Have we already organized your space? If we need to come do a little tuneup, some quick fixes and refine the systems - let’s do it.

  • We work primarily in the Denver Metro Area, but will travel further if need be. Gas ain't cheap. A fuel surcharge of 62.5 cents per mile will be added for projects more than 5 miles.

What we don’t do.

  • We would prefer to spend the time organizing.

    House Cleaning

    There will definitely be incidental cleaning as part of organziation, but we would prefer to spend the time on getting systems in order.

  • Packing + Moving

    While we’d love to help - there are much better professionals for this specific task.

  • Estate Sales

    We’ll definitely help you sell key items, but there are other people who are way better at doing this than me.
